Staging Your Home
The Reevesteam is committed to selling your home for the highest price in the least amount of time. When you list with the Reevesteam, you will have the option to receive a free one-hour consultation with Amanda Reeves (Accredited Staging Professional). Potential buyers must be able to mentally move into “their” new home and Amanda will give you suggestions on how to create a “model home” appearance for your home.

Marketing Your Home
Once you home is ready for showings, our Reeveteam technology consultant Phil Louden will schedule an appointment with you to photograph your home. Phil will create a virtual tour and take several still shots to maximize the marketing potential of your home. In today’s market, most home buyers start on the Internet when searching for a home. Quality photographs, virtual tours and accurate descriptions sell you home faster and eliminate unnecessary showings.
